Anthony J. Diaz, Divorce & Family Law

As we progress further into the New Year, couples who put off dealing with the end of their marriage over the holidays have come out in full force. Since there is nothing else between them and their contemplated divorce, the biggest question is HOW? With the advent of many different forms of divorce resolution other than traditional litigation through the court system, the collaborative process has taken the country by a storm as it gains popularity in Florida.

One of the biggest and most important questions is the role of the attorney in Collaborative Divorce. How is that attorney’s role different than if the case was in court? Will a collaborative divorce attorney still advocate for my best interests? How should I choose my Collaborative divorce attorney? With all of these issues being quite relevant in the decision of whether the Collaborative Process is the right alternative, you will find a great article below explaining what a collaboratively trained attorney can do for their client. You will be amazed at the many benefits a Collaborative lawyer can provide during this process. It may come as a surprise to you that these are the same benefits derived from a divorce litigator but with less cost, less time, and less animosity than going to court.

Going through a divorce is no walk in the park but with the Collaborative Process, there is a reason to believe that the end of your marriage can have a peaceful ending. Please call my office to find out more about how to divorce with dignity. By listening to your needs, I can find a way to make your divorce peaceful and civil.

This process works, this process can work for you, there is a better way: This is Collaborative Divorce!

I would like to thank and I highly recommend this law firm, especially Esq. Evelyn Pabon to be specific who represented me, she is and was a very patient person (attorney), she always took the time to respond to questions and concerns I had no matter how busy she was. She was on time to every court date, made sure I was informed every step of the way about the entire process either by email, mailed letter or in person. She was a God sent I’m so glad I had her as my attorney. Thank you Evelyn for all you have done.
