Esteban Scornik

Mr. Scornik has been practicing law for over 25 years, and he is a Partner with Vasquez & Tosko, LLP, located in downtown Orlando. Mr. Scornik has extensive experience in litigating civil cases.  His current litigation practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, insurance claims, construction defect, and property damage cases.  Mr. Scornik continues to represent both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation cases, and he is pleased to expand his practice as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court mediator. Mr. Scornik was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. He received his B.S. in Mathematics, with Honors, in 1993 from the University of Florida and his J.D. in 1996, with Honors, from the University of Florida College of Law.

Mr. Scornik is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He has an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Scornik is also a qualified state arbitrator and a member of the FINRA arbitrator panel.
