Attorney Mary Cannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and a Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. In law school, Ms. Cannon served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, received an award for Distinguished Pro Bono Service, and was named to the Dean's List. She also clerked for a Ninth Circuit Court judge in the felony criminal division and contributed to the Spanish translation of the Constitution of the State of Florida.

Ms. Cannon specializes in the legal needs of business owners, offering experience in contracts, employment law, intellectual property, technology law, and privacy law. She has assisted her clients in litigating a range of employment law matters, from wage and hour claims to discrimination and harassment. Driven by the goal of helping business leaders succeed, Ms. Cannon provides expert attention and care to the legal needs of her clients. She has studied business in addition to law, earning a trade certification from the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.

Ms. Cannon shares a son with her husband, Dr. Randall Cannon. She and her family live seasonally in Florida and North Carolina, and they enjoy camping and hiking together. They are active members of the vegan community in Orlando and share a passion for cooking plant-based food. In her spare time, Ms. Cannon sings in her church’s choir, hosts a monthly children’s storytime in the park, and volunteers as an English teacher at the Kosciuszko Foundation.
