Tyler is a Contract Mediator with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida; Assistant Trainer in the County Mediation; member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association; & former Mediator for the Osceola County Alternative Dispute Resolution program in Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit.
Tyler has been invited as a guest speaker at Florida A & M University's College of Law to present on contract mediation, mediation ethics, and the transition of circuits' county mediation programs to remote mediation. Tyler regularly participates as a panelist in the University's Oral Evaluation of Mediation Clinic students.
Tyler has conducted over 1000 mediations and is an experienced mediator in breach of contract, property damage, home & auto insurance, personal injury matters, first & third party collection, repossession, & repayment debt-related issues, landlord-tenant, and HOA issues.
Tyler's passion for mediation began with volunteering as a certified county mediator while in law school. He obtained approval as an assistant county trainer prior to graduation and obtained certification in-circuit family, and dependency mediation shortly thereafter. Tyler is committed to the development of the mediation profession and offers mentorship to students currently in law school across central Florida.
